If prices are increased in bottled water and also other sources of fresh water are increased, not only will people be informed that there is in fact a fresh water crisis, but it will also force them to not waste it.

Although I do agree that we do need to focus on one thing at a time; I disagree with his idea because only focusing on agriculture will simply take too long and cost too much.
